Millennials have a skewed reputation these days when it comes to how they are viewed by society – while they are all about change, the environment and society, they are also depicted as lazy and without motivation, two different traits that I would have never put together. However, when it comes to career selection for millennials, they indicate that they want to be a part of a workplace that is more than just profit driven and is run by strong, inspirational, personable leaders.
