The vanishing male worker; How America fell behind

The amount of males working in America has sharply declined since the 1960’s. Males in the prime age group of 25 to 54 years old are increasingly not working anymore and the work available to them is less appealing than unemployment. With economic recessions and a changing social society where men are less likely to be supporting a family than previous generations, what will happen to those currently unemployed?
