Atlanta reduces homeless population (and saves money in the process)

As city budgets continue to grow tighter, and the number of homelessness increases, cities and their leaders are searching for way to help those in need to create a thriving city.  Atlanta mayor, Kasim Reed, discusses how a partnership with Bloomberg Philanthropies has helped to establish an innovation team that has led to the reduction of homelessness in Atlanta by almost 1000 people.
