Toronto ranks as fourth best in the world for life and work

Toronto has ranked fourth in a the PwC Cities of Opportunity study, which ranks 30 cities around the world on how attractive they are as places to live and work. The study looks at characteristics like the natural environment, education and technology, and quality of life. London ranked first, with New York and Singapore ranking second and third respectively. Madhavi Acharya-Tom Yew at the Toronto Star takes a closer look.
