New research: Flexibility versus face time

In 2013, Yahoo! ended its company’s telecommuting option for employees, which was then followed by Best Buy’s, Results Only Work Environment (ROWE).  These programs  promoted flexible scheduling and telecommuting centers to help employees find an environment and schedule that made them the most efficient and productive.
