Since the second release from the 2011 National Household Survery, there seems to be a dramatic difference in employment rates depeing on education levels. The higher the educational level, the higher the rate of employment and type of career. This shift has increased the number of Canadians who are pursuing a higher education, especially among women. The survey also notes that job prospects improve the longer one stays in school.
