The unemployment rate gets the headlines every month, but in Canada a better measure is how many openings are going unfilled. As more and more Baby Boomers are retiring, there are increased numbers of job vacancies. To help create the greatest wealth for Canadians employers need to find employees that have the right skills that match what they need for their company.
