Your neighborhood is why you’re fat

A recent study from Western Australia unveils that there is a correlation to where you live and if it promotes weight loss or weight gain behaviour. If people live in neighbourhoods that promote walking, shopping, or have health clubs, they are more prone to be physically active. Whereas, if people live in an obesogenic environment, such as one with several fast food chains or low walkability than weight gain will be more likely.
