A massive infrastructure project in L.A. a century ago built 14 new bridges that were completed in 1909 and 1938. These historic bridges span over the L.A. river and within the last five years have been remodeled to emphasize beauty to the people who walk, bicycle, and take the train around the city. The most iconic bridge is the one found on the sixth street.
